Mr Build Vancouver

The team at Mr. Build is fantastic! We have worked with them on a number of projects from small repairs to full room remodels and each time we have been extremely happy. They help us plan and figure out what is needed for the project, make suggestions on how best to approach the work and provide recommendations on where to shop for one-of-a-kind tiles and accessories. The work they do is spot on with amazing attention to detail. We will most definitely continue to work with Kurt and his amazing team on all future home improvements.

We wanted to install decorative brick on both sides of our garage entrance to differentiate our house from others in the neighbourhood. Mr. Build was the only small contractor we contacted that could handle all aspects of the job. They were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. We are very happy with the end result and have already received several compliments from neighbours.

We hired Mr. Build to put in a skylight and the workers did a great job: skilled, professional, & were careful to lay down plastic tarp to protect rugs. They also took great care with painting and clean up.

Mr Build opened up the wall between our kitchen and living room. They also installed crown moldings and smoothed some ceilings. They were able to give us the most open room even though the wall was structural and containing the plumbing stack for the upstairs neighbors. We were very happy with the results. We had the same 2 guys throughout the reno. They were professional. They knew what they were doing. The timeline and cost was consistent with the original estimate. I would use them again. I have recommended them to a fiend and to family.

I had Mr. Build do various projects around my house both big and small. Without exception all projects ranging from leak detection to plumbing to renovation, all were completed expertly, quickly, and all Mr. Builds workers were a pleasure to have around. I will be using them over and over again...no job was too small, too difficult nor too challenging for them to come up with a solution. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Paul and Adam did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating for any design changes we had and left our yard very clean which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a bathtub and works out and a walk in shower in. Also repairs to drywall were needed to a hole in the wall.

Doug had great skills and good taste and put the tiles in so that they look terrific. I am very happy with the new shower and the quality of the materials they used and the repair was done extremely well too.

My business relationship with Mr. Build started ten years ago when a water leak had developed on one wall of my house. All the siding had to be replaced, and it was done expertly. Ever since, Mr. Build's team fixed all the small and not so small problems inside and outside. On one occasion, when a subcontractor had performed a dissatisfying job, Mr Build had it redone at his expense and without discussion.
For every job you will get an estimate of the man-hours it will take, and it will turn out very close to the final result. No nasty surprises. And I know: Whenever there is an issue about my house, a phone call to Mr. Build will fix it.

Kurt and his team are nothing put professional, prompt and courteous. On time and on budget. Rare indeed! Visit within two days to inspect the job. Quote the next day. Job booked for three weeks later and started on time. Completed in three days. Full communication and explanations of the work throughout the process.

We had Mr. Build complete a big job of renovating 8 showers at our hostel property. This included demolition, installing new bases, framing, and tiling. Doug and the rest of the team were professional, courteous, committed to the job and did quality work. We look forward to contracting them again in the future.
