Connected with Dave from DAC Power Systems through a forum here on Homestars. We needed some help with an ongoing condo bathroom/laundry room exhaust fan problem. We were also also looking for a future resource for other projects. Dave (owner) is professional, punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable, returns calls and e-mails promptly, clearly explains things and offers cost-effective options. Great quality work (our reconditioned exhaust fan now runs great!). Have already made referrals to our property manager and other residents in our condo complex who are dealing with similar concerns.
