Five Star Painting

We purchased a new home and needed a rush painting job completed. Mike was great and had the best presentation and expatiation of services compared to the other contractors who quoted. Mike was also the only one who took measurements in order to properly quote the job.
We had a quick turn around time (about 1.5 weeks) before we moved and Mike was able to accommodate us in the schedule every though it was busy season. The project was estimated at 4 days but was completed in 3.5 which was excellent! Mike’s team (Hamid) was very professional and attentive to detail. Their services included a walk around the house prior to final payment to get any issues fixed prior to them leaving.
Over all 5 star was an excellent company and I will definitely use them again in the future for all my painting needs.

I can't thank enough Mike and his team for the fabulous paint job they have completed at my place. We were under pressure due to timelines related to our house going on sale and Mike went well beyond the standard service to accommodate our needs quickly and with highest quality. We had Mike Otani come out to do an estimate for the painting of our house in late March 2014. We wanted a fresh look in the house. His quote was competitive and he was able to break down the job and cost in a detailed quote. There were no surprises.
We went with Five Star because Mike was really organized and knowledgeable. There are definite advantages to going with a bigger company. We were not really sure what colours to go with and so Mike provided a colour consultation with someone. This was extremely helpful and we were able to narrow down our choice of colours that worked extremely well in our house. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. The customer service was excellent. Mike made it fairly easy.
A huge part of this was the excellent work done by the site foreman, Hamid Rahimi. His attention to detail and excellent work ethics was much appreciated. Hamid and his associate Levi worked on the house for five straight days. Hamid usually worked from 8:30 to 6:00. Hamid made sure everything was in order and cleaned up and touched up anything that was needed the very next day. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner.
Mike and his team were always polite, returned calls promptly and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The house looks wonderful and we are really glad we went with Five Star Painting.

The painter was VERY clean and did a great job with his patch work. And best of all was that Mike's price was very competitive. Thanks Mike and Raul for doing a wonderful job. Mike and his crew were punctual and courteous. The job (hallways on 2 floors) were done quicker than we expected but the result was thorough and beautiful. We were completely satisfied and would definitely employ Five Star for any future painting projects.

My interaction with Mike during the initial consultation was very professional. He assigned Hamid to complete the work who was also very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with their service. I have already recommended Five Star to a friend and will use them again for future projects.

I have been hiring Five Star painting for the past 2 -3 years for various painting jobs. Some small and others larger. I have been very satisfied with their workmanship as well as their friendly yet very professional attitude. I really like the fact that they are flexible in regards to the size of jobs they will take on, not to mention their costs are very reasonable. No job seem to be too big or small. We will continue to call on Five Star for all our painting needs.
