Ali came and fixed and poor job done by the last electrician we hired. He was able to to figure out what the problem was and fix it quickly and most importantly, properly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I found Direct Electric on Homestars and was very pleased with their service. Ali was on time, very knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. Upon doing the work (cleaning wires around an electrical panel and installing a range hood fan), he charged us $50 less than quoted.

I had Ali come to install a new outlet in the cold room for a sump pump. It was a finished room and he had to cut through drywall and concrete. Despite the angles being difficult, he only had to cut a small hole in the drywall which was easily patched. He also diagnosed a light problem quickly and helped to fix it at no extra cost. Ali was very professional and stuck by the quote he gave me over the phone.

My second time using Ali. I asked for 25 potlights in the top floor of a bungalow and a new electrical outlet for a stove and 2 new outlets for the kitchen counter. I was very specific with the locations of the ICS rated potlights. He managed to position all potlights exactly where I wanted without any extra holes to patch up. This required hard work from inside my attic but he managed to do it perfectly without any mess. He also positioned switches for me so they would have convenient access and the ability to dim. Ali is very professional and takes the time to do the job right. I would use him again.

Ali replaced the panel and installed a floor outlet in the living room where mirrors completely covered the original outlets. No damage to the hardwood floor and it looks like it was original to the house. Replaced 33 pot light bulbs. Suggested a solution to a cold kitchen because of another electrician's way of installing pot lights. Based on his advice, we contacted insulation people and the job is now $700. rather than the $7,500. + tax we were quoted to remove the roof completely! Excellent price, clean work, pleasant guy to have in the house.

They showed up on time, completely the work quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the service and I will be calling them back to complete more work for sure in the future!!
