I was and am extremely impressed with the professionalism displayed by WD Pro and the quality of their product and workmanship.
When sourcing a supply/install company for the storm doors I required, I was consistently met with flip-flopping prices (“oh that size is extra, that thickness of frame is extra, and that finish is extra”, etc.).
WD PRO provided very competitive pricing (in fact the lowest), on a product that was of better quality than the other quotes I received. There were no hidden charges or up-selling.
When it came to measure on site, they were punctual and professional. Everything was clearly itemized in their quote to prevent errors and misunderstandings from either end.
When it came to install, they were again very punctual and the work was done in a single afternoon. They left no mess behind and took the time to walk me through every single installation and described any unique situation they encountered during the install and how they dealt with it.
If all suppliers and trades people were this good – life in the architecture office would be far less stressful.
I would definitely offer WD PRO my professional recommendation.
