We hired Norseman to do a full gut-reno of our basement including electrical upgrade, heat pump installation and 2 gas fireplaces. We had previously used them for a smaller basement renovation at our last house and we were happy with their service so we hired them again without hesitation. Both times we had Greg as project manager.
Overall, we were very happy with the work which was done. We lived in the house during the renovation. The workers were professional and respectful to our family. Greg was on site daily and quick to respond to e-mails when not around. In the end we got an excellent new basement which we will love for years.
Our only complaint was timing. The project took much longer to complete then we were told. This is likely in part due to COVID, but better communication about the delays would have been appreciated. Delays aside, the job was completed to our satisfaction and right on budget. Would use again.
