I recently purchased a dealfind voucher for a furnace cleaning from Hot Pepper Furnace. Cliff, who i believe is the owner, was great up front in outlining the terms & conditions and making sure I was aware of any additional costs (up to 12 vents). Service times were quite flexible, and overall the furnace cleaning was up to my satisifaction. I have a small townhouse so it didn't take long for them to finish up. Hook ups to the furnace was fast. Only thing I was disappointed about was the voucher called for a new furance filter which I did not receive, assuming the tech may have forgot. Overall, the service was acceptable for the price paid for and I would recommend and use these guys again.

It is possible that your original filter could have been a better filter than the one we provide for free. Another posibility is a human error and perhaps our Tech did forget to provide you a free standard size furnace filter. We will be happy to drop it off for you at your convenience.
