We had Yuri from Hot Pepper out today to clean our ducts. He was excellent in talking us through the process and taking extensive care in wearing full protective gear including a respirator to protect us and himself from any potential spread of Coronavirus. He also sanitized all his equipment and everything that would be in contact from house to house.
