I went to Homestars website to see if I can find a reputable contractor for my Kitchen reno and LS Kitchens responded quickly. At first the communication was amicable and it seems they were trustworthy and dedicated. But after I paid the deposit, things went quickly sour. They did not want to answer questions or consult me on any decisions in the design of the cabinets. I was told that clients normally leave everything with them and they move out of their home. After a series of frustrating conversations, I decided to end the relationship. The last straw was when the cabinet company contacted me to say they were ready to move forward with the construction but I was never consulted with the final design.

We move forward with an installation/renovation ONLY when the client has agreed to every phase of the project. The truth is in all the happy customers who have kindly and graciously taken the time to give us positive feedback. One thing that is really important to acknowledge is that there are boundaries that need to be respected by the client. Those boundaries can not be crossed. We don't operate 24 hrs a day 7 days a week and have many, many, many, clients to tend to that we can't offer personal support.
