Five Star Painting Mississauga

After having a poor job done by our flooring contractor to give us a nice paint job on the steps, I tried to correct it myself. After 3 coats of paint and learning that you can't just leave painters tape on between all 3 coats, I finally gave up and called for painters.

The guy from Five Star came in and took about 8 hours to do the entire staircase, but the detail work was great and it looks fantastic now. Will hire them again to do our lower staircase.

My wife wanted our house painted in advance of our son's 1 year birthday so we could do an open house, and after some research and a few quotes we decided to go with 5 star painting, largely a result of the excellent reviews on Homestars. Both Sohail and the design consultant were quite helpful, and the painters did a great job on the actual painting - we were quite impressed with the speed at which they did the job (2 days for a 1600 sq. foot home). The only issue we experienced were specs of paint throughout the house on our hardwood floors, which we missed during our walkthrough inspection (our fault I suppose as we were more focused on the walls). Sohail sent 2 of his guys back during the week to take care of some of the issues, roughly 2/3rds of the total problem spots, so we were only left to clean the balance ourselves instead of going over the whole house. My initial review was only a 5 out of 10, however, after posting it, Sohail came out to our house to check out the remainder of the trouble spots himself. He did not want us to have to wait for anyone to come out and finish the cleaning as his crews are quite busy, so instead he gave us $150 off the total cost for our trouble.

Professional, very competitive rates and best of all immediately available! Excellent experience working with the Five Star painting team, consultation with their "color" expert was a big bonus point! You may have colors in your mind, but what will eventually look nice is the key! Highly recommend hiring the services of Five Star painting!

Arif and his assistant did an amazing job revitalizing all the wood trim, by caulking, patching & painting all windows & trim due to years of neglect from the original owner. They were quick, professional & courteous. Nancy & Sohail made sure that I was happy before signing off. Enquire about their tree planting program! Love it!

Fivestar painted our Bathroom and some adjoining areas as a part of the team of our main contractor. They were very easy to work with. called us ahead of time to schedule their visit. Did it as per the committed schedule. Did a cleanup at the end too.

I had a great experience with Five Star. It was a very complete package. Very convenient and reassuring from start to finish. I got a call from them within a couple of minutes of my on line request. The estimate was scheduled for the very next day. I was very impressed by Sohail. He spent a good amount of time in educating me on what things I needed to consider to get my project right. The job was done very well and on time. The crew was friendly and responsive and neat and clean. Anything that I pointed out to Prem at the time of walk around was promptly taken care of. I recently got a couple of bathrooms remodeled from a Rebath. They subcontracted painting work out to Five Star. Sohail met me to prepare for the paint job and also proposed me to consider painting the adjoining bedrooms to get a fuller impact of my bathroom renovation. He offered me a free no obligation color consultation session with their interior designer. I took the offer and am very glad that I did so. I ended up painting all the walls around the house. The color consultation session showed me the possibilities that I would not have seen otherwise. When Sohail presented me a proposal he was very detailed as to which paints and materials I should use to get a high quality job and what would be the standards of workmanship. His crew was very good at the work and very neat. They respected my home well and laid tarps everywhere that they worked covered everything with plastic and did a nice cleanup at the end. They also completed my whole house in just two days by arranging a large crew so that I am not bothered. I am very pleased by the end result!

I was provided the painting as part a bigger renovation project. Fivestar was sent by my main contractor to paint my Master Bedroom and Ensuite bathroom. The people were courteous called me a couple of days before to confirm that they were coming to my home. Did everything nicely. Took care of the stuff i pointed out during the walk around got my feedback on a comment form and also later mailed me a small dessert and thank you card.
