We hired Kitchen Pro for our kitchen renovation and the project was done 2 weeks ago. Their price was fair considering the superb quality of their cabinets. They also provide free design and measurements service to help us get a general idea of how the kitchen would turn out. Every time when there were unexpected changes, they were able to provide assistance and alternative solutions to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

We did a wall unit with Kitchen Pro. In the beginning, me and my husband visited kitchen pro as they have high rating on Google. Their service was good. After a few times of back and forth visiting the showroom and checking on design, we decided to go with this shop. Yet we would like to start small and see how the quality goes. Last month my wall units were finished, and we were happy with the work. I will definitely go with Kitchen Pro again for my upcoming kitchen renovation and provide updates in the future.

My friend had their kitchen done by Kitchen Pro a few years ago and their kitchen still looks great now. So I asked my friend for their contact information to ask for an estimate. To start off, I was asked to provide a rough layout and some related information so that they could give me a rough price range. After I checked the range, I thought their price was pretty fair. Then they quickly sent Emily the designer to my place to do the measurements and provided me with 2 alternative design proposals in just two weeks. Emily was very patient, professional and friendly to work with. She was able to make our vision come true and provide us with the suggestions we needed. Selina and Victor, the customer service team, were very friendly, responsive and responsible. Last but not least, I truly love how my kitchen turned out, love the design, love the quality. And I 100% recommend these guys!

We dealt with Joe, Selina and Victor on our kitchen project. We were in a hurry as we wanted to have the kitchen done before we moved into our new house. We were very happy that the Kitchen Pro team was able to accommodate the challenging timeline and we felt being taken care of as customers throughout the whole process. Joe the designer always provides sound and professional suggestions from the design perspective of the project. I had a great experience dealing with Kitchen Pro, and I am glad that I chose to go with these guys. Was looking for a shop in the Richmond Hill area to redo my kitchen cabinets and a few vanities. The staff were able to provide professional guidance and suggestions and the quality of their product was great. The workmanship is excellent. Overall I highly recommend kitchen pro and will use them again in the future.

Kitchen Pro was a great company to deal with to update our small kitchen. Everyone from the sales and design team to installers were friendly and pricing was very reasonable. We kept the original kitchen configuration but the design of the new beverage station has given us more storage and better traffic flow in a small space. They communicated frequently to update us on the progress of our order. Once we were ready, they were able to install earlier than we expected. We were most impressed that a final inspection team returned after a couple of weeks to ensure everything was installed and working properly.

Their design process is streamlined, their manufacturing timelines are better than their competitors and their quality is of the up most importance. They stand behind their cabinetry and go above and beyond to make sure they always exceed expectations.

Hired Kitchen Pro to renovate my kitchen as well as countertop this year and the job was done amazingly. Wecould not be more happy about how our kitchen turned out especially considering the christmas season is approaching. The cabinetry comes in great condition and amazing quality. On top of that, i have to point out their capability in providing solutions to unexpected situations while keeping everything else in order. There had been few delays due to the construction taking places at my place with this whole covid situation and they constantly follow up with me and provide guidance to make sure that both party is on same page. The professionals at Kitchen Pro made our experience seamless from beginning to end. Victor presented us with several options and was very transparent with their work. He allowed us to explore the showroom and the manufacturing shop until we were satisfied. This allowed us to confidently make a decision and go with their services. He then seamlessly handed off the project to the design team where Joe was able to turn all of our “must haves” into a reality. We had issues surround load bearing walls and Joe was able to work with the layout and still design a one that maintained the style and flow we were looking for.

Selina finally took over the end product with countertops and finishes. She has a natural eye for what looks good and ensured the job was completed on time and with no detail overlooked.
