Outside house painting for trim and garage
This is a long overdue review, and I apologize to the company. I hired them in June/July. 2015 to paint wood trim and garage for a 2500-3000 sq ft house.
They do a great job representing themselves and are very professional. My only criticism regarding this is I believe there is too much focus on their capabilities, and not enough time explaining the details of the contract. I don't need more than 15 min to assess their capabilities, but I certainly could use the 30 min discussion on what they promise to deliver, as there was a misunderstanding on my side on what some of the work items actually were in terms of effort.
That said, Brian the owner was fair and balanced in his approach with me and we came to what I thought was a fair arrangement and a satisfied customer. I would hire them again definitely based on the work quality and the ability to reason and understand the work.
