We needed to replace our builder-grade countertop and install a backsplash in our kitchen. We reviewed different companies and decides to check out Rockstella based on their good customer reviews.

We went to their store in Hamilton and spoke to Natallia. She was very pleasant and provided very clear answers to our questions. Natallia was knowledgeable about different materials and current trends. Her great customer service and willingness to answer our numerous questions, gave us confidence since our first interaction with Rockstella.

She promptly scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our house and take measurements. He came on time and used advanced equipment to take measurements to precision for them to use in the manufacturing of the material and design we selected.

The installation process was done shortly after by a very professional, friendly and capable crew. They were very easy to talk to and willing to listen and address questions/concerns. They did a great job aligning the slabs’ pieces for the counter and the backsplash.

Overall we are very happy with their customer service and the quality of work they did. We highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get a company that takes pride of their work and pays attention to details to deliver a high quality precision work.
