Repaired holes in metal roof. Sealed and repaired all seams, plumbing stacks and vents. Power washed entire roof of debris. All repairs were done with liquid membrane. As the house was up for sale, we were given an extra 90 days to pay for the repairs. Their work ensured the timely sale of the property.
