Western Granite & Stone Ltd

I did some calling around to different companies who could do our kitchen counter tops and Western Granite and Stone turned out to have the best price and best customer service. The guys who came were on time and professional. I was overall happy with the job they did.

We had some remodeling work done by Western Granite at our apartment building before and so we decided to use them again for our home. They did a good job putting granite counters in our kitchen. The workers were professional and on time. In fact, I’ve already recommended Western Granite to a friend.

Very easy to deal with the lowest price I could find. I contacted the top 3 granite providers here on Homestars and the quote from Western was the lowest. Communication was very fast with responses typically within the hour.

The measuring and installation went without a hitch. We were a little concerned our job would be too small for them to care, but they handled it professionally. As it turned out, the granite we picked was cheaper than the quote so we actually paid less! How often do you pay less than the quote in home renovations?

Overall highly recommended and will use them again for future renovations.

The staff at western granite are very attentive and helpful. They carry a wide selection of granite and marble, in every price range. They put great attention to detail, making sure the backs plash matches the counter tops. They even made sure I was there when they were templating so I could select which pieces would be the island, the counter, etc. Great service!

This company was excellent from Vanessa and Candy in the showroom to Fong and the installation. They were all so helpful, professional and reasonably priced. Fong is truly a Master craftsman and his work is precise and impeccable. The templating and cutting of the granite is demanding and requires precision as I had been warned that a poor craftsman can ruin a good piece of granite. I am so happy to have dealt with them. Fong only had 1 seam in a counter which other companies told me would have at least 6 seams! Great job.

After many quotes and searches on homestars, we decided to go with Western Granite. They were the cheapest and had great reviews. We had our kitchen templated and decided to do our bathrooms as well. Right after the long weekend we had our install date which was only 10 days away. They guys showed up when they said they would and had the work done in 3 hours. The plumber showed up shortly after and did the finishing work. Fung and his crew were very reliable, professional and courteous. They even cleaned up after themselves. This company was so generous with there samples and helping us understand how granite countertops work and the seams they offering with the different kinds of finished edges. Installation was very good, with minimal mess!!
