We recently got our main floor tiles installed by Dimitri and he did a meticulous job. We booked him about a month in advance and even though he had a family emergency where he was running between hospital and home, he started and completed the job on schedule. He guided us in making the right tile and grout selection and his attention to details while installation was impeccable. We are in the middle of a major reno and our house is a mess at the moment but he still protected the floors and garage really well. During the installation he always asked for our feedback if we were satisfied or not and even after installation he inquired if he needed to do something else to make his service even better. Just keep doing the great work Dimitri. You are a TILING STAR!

I needed some tiling done in the kitchen. I worked with Dmitri before on a smaller project and he was spot on in every way so I knew I could trust him here too. For my project, he was very responsive on text and in person to quote and consult. During the 4 days of the project he showed up on time, did the work with minimal fuss or guidance and cleaned up fully every day. He knows what homeowners need. With the tiling, he advised on the design and took time to explain the challenges and the reasons for his advice. I had a very good experience with TileStars. I had a leak in my master bathroom shower drain and after researching endlessly I found that there was no easy way to fix the problem around the drain without doing a pretty big demo and rebuild of my shower. I read another review on HomeStars on how Dimitri fixed this same issue for another home-owner by using non-porous porcelain tile and epoxy grout. After calling several other contractors that were all quoting huge numbers to demolish and re-build my shower, I called TileStars and found Dimitri to be very knowledgeable and he also suggested the porcelain and epoxy grout solution for me. It was also a fraction of the cost of the other options.

I booked a time for him to come and take a look and then decided to go with him. I am very glad that I did! Dimitri did all the work exactly when he said he would. Each time he came, he was always on time, very clean, very friendly and really knew his trade. His work is exceptional. My shower looks brand new and thanks to Dimitri and TileStars, the most important part is that there no more water issues. His solution was perfect for my situation.

This is our second time using Tilestars (and Dmitri) for our kitchen backsplash...first time was about 8 years ago. He is just as talented and conscientious as he was before.
