Being a first time home buyer, we didnt know anything. Called a couple of inspectors after reading the reviews on Homestar. We need an inspection done soon to remove the subject. Michael was able to rearrange his schedule and tried to fit us in. We met up with him on Thursday morning. He's very down to earth, easy to talk to and easy to understand. We followed him from 10:30am - 2:30pm! Comment from my husband - any questions he can think of, Michael has an answer to them. We received the report the same day :) :). The report is very easy to understand and it's everything we talked about. All subjects removed and sign on Friday. Now we are just waiting to schedule for the lawyer/notary and house keys :D Thank you for your help Michael!
