Michael was professional and had excellent communication from the start. He did a very comprehensive assessment and spent a lot of time going through it in detail with me. The inspection report was outstanding and I now have a great summary of all of the routine maintenance I will have to do. As a first time home owner this is invaluable. An excellent service provided by a skilled professional. Michael arrived on time, with all of his tools, and spent 3 hours going top to bottom on a house that we are considering purchasing. He then took us on a thorough walk inside and out explaining what he had found and where he thought improvements/repairs were required. He explained everything in detail and went out of his way to make sure that we understood his findings. He emailed us a 60 page PDF that contained all of the reports we needed. We could not have asked for more. Good value for money.
