High Tech Appliance Service

Atiar from High Tech was one of the few people who answered my call when I needed somebody to come by on the weekend. We discovered the issue Saturday night but I started looking for a service person on Sunday and few were even open! I have to say that I am very happy with the service and customer service.

I was very impressed with the quick and professional service from this company. They repaired my dishwasher and cleaned area within 1 hour. I highly recommend their honest and professional service.

My oven would not heat up, called High Tech and they arrived the same day to investigate. Found it was a problem with the clock/control unit, rather then suggesting I buy a new part which would cost a few hundered dollars, they were able to repair my part for a lot less money. Cusomter service was great and efficient.

Atiar from High Tech Appliance is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, he fixed our Microwave Range Hood door. UPDATE** Jan 2013 The door cracked, we got the run around from Atiar he finally gave us our money back however we now need a new door, not happy about this and would not recommend High Tech to anyone nor will we use them again.

I used their service a few weeks prior, to repair our washing machine, and was was extremely happy with their service then. I saw on their business card that they also do installations, so I called to get a quote for installing a new dishwasher we had just purchased. The store where I bought the dishwasher wanted $220 to install, and High Tech wanted $100, so it was a no brainer, especially considering the great service experience I had with them previously.

Booking a time was easy, and was set for 8am on a Saturday, at my request. Atiar arrived 15 minutes early, which was even better. He's very careful, knowledgeable, and professional. The configuration of my kitchen required a longer than usual hose, and he was able to solve that problem with ease. The job took almost exactly as long as he predicted (90 min) and he didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. I won't hesitate to use their service again, and recommend them without reservation.

When I called the phone was answered immediately. Came to our house the same day as our call. Charged a VERY fair price for the install. Once done they took time to test the dishwasher, allow me to test it, and clean up any mess that was made. True Professionals I will use every time I have an appliance issue.

On a Saturday night, we discovered our washer making a loud noise and not spinning anymore. We called High tech at 5:15pm, and our call was answered. I couldn't believe that we had a technician at our house by 8pm and the washer was fixed quickly by a friendly and professional technician. He was able to diagnose the problem in minutes and explained his work to my very interested son! We very much recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs. Great service, great value.

my freezer didn't work for two days and your technician came from High Tech Appliance Service and repaired my freezer in a timely manner. He was a friendly and courteous. I would recommend him in the future.
