Devon and his colleague Alec, arrived at my location in a timely manner (in fact slightly ahead of time, which is always welcome!) and after a brief but thorough introduction and explanation of what to expect, got to work.
They were quite careful about placing barriers to protect corners and the floors for their work, took time to explain things in a simple and reassuring manner, and answered all the questions that I had.
At the very end, they sanitized the ducts with botanical essential oils which was a welcome surprise and left the house smelling nice for a good part of the day. They used nicer plugs as opposed to tape to close off the holes made for duct cleaning.
Overall, I would recommend their services and I am completely satisfied with their friendly and relaxed approach.
