An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had a terrible experience the last time I had my carpets cleaned so this time I chose a company based on reviews. It's all about reviews these days if you don't want to be disappointed! I spoke with a couple of companies before I found this company that charged more for less work and couldn't come as quickly.
When the guys at Green & Spotless came, they were early (awesome!), friendly, knowledgeable, caring of my home, left my husband and I little slippers to walk around in (amazing!) and even did my hall way for free (bonus!).
