Crew showed up early first day. Worked 12 hours in the heat. Cleaned up every day. Very polite and professional. The roof looks fantastic, better than I had hoped for. The workmanship is excellent. Very happy with the finished job. Definitely picked the right company.

Many of my neighbours (8+ on our street) have used JMT. I got 2 other quotes as well but JMT was the fastest to reply and was great price with better specified materials. Also, John the owner even called to discuss and add a personal touch. Very appreciated.

The crews showed up ON TIME as expected and did a great job at prepping the area to avoid any damage to our house, plants, walk ways and BBQ area. The new roof was done in 4 days including a fantastic clean up with rakes and magnet pick up of any random nails or staples.

We also got new gutters and downspouts (highly recommend) and they helped repaint a small fascia board for no extra cost. Two other items that impressed me to highlight were the spill channels they put where a roof peak spills onto another roof face and runs down to a gutter. They put in nice metal channels for that water to run on instead of the water just running down the shingles. It looks great and I am sure will help prolong the look and life of those shingles. The other are the small diverters they put near the end of peaks to keep water running off the tip and directing them into the gutter. Just a really professional touch.

I was very impressed with John and the team at JMT Roofing. After getting three quotes from other roofing companies I called JMT Roofing. John came to my home and explained the process of the work to be done and the quality of the products to be used. He answered all my questions and was very professional, after talking to John I felt confident choosing JMT! The crew was very hard working and skilled, they made sure everything was cleaned up each night before they left and were very polite. John came everyday and took photos sending them to me and explaining everything as the work progressed.

JMT provides a great value for the money. Workers were friendly and respectful of our property and did a good job cleaning up after the project was done. Their Attention to the details is apparent in the finished product.

JMT Roofing is absolutely at the top of my list. They recently replaced the entire roof, decking and shingles, on quote and on schedule working around changing weather. With no hesitation they repaired poor workmanship left from previous trades such as bad flashings, improper vent installation, etc.

John came out to estimate the work. He was personable, clearly knowledgeable about roofing and very proud of the Company's reputation. There was no up-selling of products I did not want but they also used high quality materials throughout. He kept me up-to-date from the first meeting, throughout the work and even after completion to ensure there were no issues or questions.

The team was professional, effective and very well coordinated so the work moved along quickly and effectively. They worked hard and long hours to get each stage completed ahead of weather changes. Communication was great with frequent pictures of the progress sent to me. Planters were moved out of harm's way and all the decks and ground tarped. Clean-up was done every day and the final was spotless.

Bottom line is I will recommend JMT to my family and friends as I am confident in the high quality of their work, and a fair quote without compromise or cutting corners. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the job, the look of the roof and their workmanship.

John and his entire team go ABOVE AND BEYOND. EXCELLENT WORK. We have a rooftop deck and everyone who has come up to it has commented on the beautiful work done on the roof. Johns communication is like no other - there is lots of discussion beforehand to make the best plan, and then he keeps you updated with pictures of the work being done as they progress. John makes sure the work is high quality work throughout. Also, I have never had a team working on our home be on time, but John and his team were every day! Each day when John said what time they would arrive the next day, they arrived at exactly that time!! VERY organized and very hardworking team that does excellent work. We are SO happy with our roof!!
