Very happy with the work we had done by JMT Roofing. Roof and gutters look great. John was very professional and very prompt to provide service. My husband found JMT while out on a drive one day when they were working on another house. He spoke to them for a bit, and later on John came to our house and gave us an estimate – it turned out to be the best one, so we went with them. Their work was really good and we were very pleased. We kept JMT’s sign on our lawn for over a month and several of our neighbours have since used their services. The company is very pleasant to deal with and pretty neat overall. I only found few, hard-to-find leftover scraps in some bushes months later.

I’ve used JMT’s services three or four times over the years, both for roofing and for cleaning my warehouse using their pressure washers. Their pricing and service is good and the workers are incredibly neat. Nothing was ever left begind on my yard or driveway which is very important when providing service to people’s homes.

I’ve used this company for several services; painting, roof treating, roof replacement, gutter and window cleaning and I’d describe it as perfect. The people are honest, get the work done in a timely fashion, and show up on time. I’d use them again and I’d recommend them to other people.

JMT put a new roof on my house and did good work – both quick and careful. It took them less than a day and a half to complete the job and they were very neat, I had no clean up to do after. They were pleasant to work with I recommended them to my daughter.

I am not the one to write review about anyone since I feel if I pay I should get my money's worth. But John from JMT due to his customer service skills and going extra mile to make his client happy, makes me feel that I should recommend him to anyone who wants help in roofing or gutters.

Professionalism is 100%, in fact he took the hit on his pricing to make me happy and did extra stuff. The team is profession, hard working and I think their brand messaging is "Yes we can do it" attitude.

On money never asked me for any advance until I was happy with his work. It is very hard to find a professional roofer's like JMT.

And of all his pricing was the lowest and quality of work is highest quality. If I could I would give him more that 10 points.

Loved dealing with John. Three houses on my block that I know of all got our roofs done with JMT Roofing. He is sincere, honest, and available to answer any questions/concerns. His crew reflects his values as well, extremely professional. In terms of quality of work my roof looks great and they were in and out within a day and a half. I hadn't heard of JMT Roofing. I phoned two other roofing companies to get a quote on replacing my roof. I figured I should have a third quote. That's what they tell you on TV. I googled Roofing companies within the lower mainland that were A+ certified with the BBB and had excellent reviews on Homestars. I came up with JMT and decided it wouldn't hurt to get a third quote. Right from the first phone call I was impressed with John's personality, availability and honesty. He came out and examined my roof and after a few calculations he quoted me right there. One of the other roofing companies quoted almost the same price, but they never actually came out to see my roof. I received the quote in the mail without ever talking to someone. The other roofing company was $3000 more. All quotes were for the exact same shingle and warranty. Needless to say I went with John. As promised, John and his crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They had my roof completed in a day and a half and I couldn't be happier. The new roof looks great. I've already recommended JMT to a couple of my co-workers.

I did the standard research when it came to getting our roof replaced, I talked with 2 or 3 roofing companies and all seemed fine with 2 of them and then John came by the house to give me his quote. He was the only person to quote the building code to me about venting the roof while the new roof was being put on...I have a feeling that the other companies would not have done the extra step in adding addtl vents to the roof as they didn't mention it to me and it wasn't written on their quotes.

I also liked that the crew showed up when they said they were going to and the work was completed on time and for the exact amount of the quote...well done!! as anyone who has ever dealt with contractors before, knows this isn't always the case. The roof looks great, the new gutter system is GREAT and the exterior of our house looks brand new and amazing. Donalee

First off, I’m not one to post reviews and I don’t know John nor have I heard of JMT Roofing before this. Normally I would get several quotes but after 5 minutes on the phone with John, it felt like I was talking to an old friend that I could totally trust to do a great job and not let me down.

Late Sunday evening a couple of weeks back I found out that our roof was missing tiles in several places, to the point of exposed bare wood; a raccoon had tried to get in.

My wife was on my case to get someone there ASAP because the forecast was for heavy rain the next two days. After looking at the reviews on this site, I called the top three ranked companies. John was the only one that responded that day and came over early evening after my wife got home; I was still at the office. John covered up the bare patches on the roof for us while he was preparing the estimate.

I gave the go ahead for the roof and gutters right on the spot and have had no regrets since. John arranged for a crew to start Wednesday morning and they showed up first thing at 7:30 am. John and his crew exemplified competence and professionalism at every stage; from stripping the roof to the final clean up. John has instilled an old school set of values within his crew and it shows in the workmanship and the care they take with a job done well. This differentiates JMT from the other companies.

It was a truly pleasant and stress free experience dealing with John and his crew at JMT.

And by the way, the two other roofing companies I called Monday morning for a quote called me back on Wednesday, it kind of makes you wonder what value they place on customer service.
