Friendly Experts that are Affordable!

We had a water overflow problem in our manufacturing business located under art studios above us.
They were draining paint water and water containing other debris. Over time, residue was accumulating at elbows in the pipe network and also coating the interior walls of the pipes.

One afternoon, one of our supervisors informed someone in the administration department that water was backing up through various sinks within the manufacturing building.

We called about 5 companies for quotes. Two did not respond and of the 3 which did, KC sounded the most sympathetic and accommodating and was mildly better with their quote.

We asked them to come in and assess the situation. The response was very quick and a solution quickly outlined. This was important because in speaking with the manager of the art studios, who was very understanding and cooperative, she instructed all studios to not use the sinks to drain any water until the situation was remedied.

They returned the next morning and managed to complete all of the work that day. We were able to relay the news to the studio manager and inform or employees that all had been successfully restored to normal.

We were informed about the situation, the action plan, the progress, the completion and preventative measures which we shared with the studio manager. KC Plumbing and Heating was very professional and thorough. They completed the work within the budgeted time and we were completely satisfied to pay the bill. (The cost of the bill was shared with the studios upstairs)

We would highly recommend them (10 Stars*)
