This was a complex move from downtown Toronto to cottage country with a stop on the way to drop items. Setting up the move was easy and friendly, and the planning was excellent . The crew was amazingly helpful and careful, the stop off was handled very well, and the unloading at the cottage, although up a steep incline, was flawless. The crew unloaded, re-assembled quickly and accurately and was extremely obliging. The whole move was painless and efficient - I would highly recommend this group

Toronto pro movers did an outstanding job and surpassed all of our expectations. Their crew was organized, on time, extra polite, efficient, very careful with our furniture and hard working. I can say with confidence that they are experts at packing and moving. They packed our entire house and then moved all the items the following day. We asked that all our items be wrapped in plastic wrap not to get damaged which they did and they also added blankets on top. Extremely pleasant to deal with. Marian and his team were very helpful, professional and really tried to get my bedroom furniture down the stairs. I have a very heavy bedroom set but Marian and his team managed to get it in the room. Their dedication to do the best work possible amazes me every time I use them. We were moving from a 3 bedroom, 4 level side split to a ranch style bungalow. We hired Toronto Pro moving after they provided me with a reasonable quote.

They arrived promptly on time, they were careful and cautious with all of our belonging and took care of the walls and ceilings. They were friendly and very helpful. The move took 7 hours from start to finish.

I would recommend them and would use them again if I ever move again.

I recently used them to move from one house to the next. I chose them due to the extremely positive reviews, but I am unsure why that is the case. They were extremely slow (only one person knew what they were doing), and did not take care of our floors or walls. Our entire move ended up taking 9.5 hrs + 1 hr of travel, when this company and other companies estimated only 6 - 8 hours previously. We moved EVERYTHING to our basement, so there was no gravity against them - they never had to carry anything heavy upstairs. They also dissembled our furniture incorrectly and lost a few screws along the way. I spoke to Marian to give him the feedback, and he said he would call me back. Of course he never did. I know you may be tempted to use this company due to the reviews and possibly the price, but please take my advice and think twice.
