A big thank you to Aaron and his crew for a job well-done! Toronto Tree Removal quickly came to our rescue some months ago when high winds brought down a large tree limb onto our neighbor’s parking space. Because of the excellent job that they did, we again called Aaron when we needed to have a tall fir tree removed from a too-small space between our house and our neighbor’s property. Unfortunately, we did not go with him initially and opted instead to go with the company that gave us the lowest quote. After three weeks of continuous delays by that company, which included cancellations on two different mornings that the crew was supposed to arrive to take down the tree, we had no idea when the work would be completed. We knew for the sake of our rising stress and blood pressure levels that we had to move on and find someone else to do the required work. The first call we made, late on a Saturday afternoon, was to Aaron. I asked him if he could remove the tree sometime during the coming week. He offered to come on Monday afternoon. Sure enough, around 11:15 am, his crew arrived and immediately got down to work. By 1:00 pm, they had already taken the tree down and had tidied both our and our neighbor’s lawns. Very little clean-up was even necessary due to the professional way the job was accomplished. We have already recommended Toronto Tree Removal to our neighbor and have no doubt that this is the company we will be going with for all future tree work on our property.
