North Durham Appliance

I have used North Durham Appliance for a washing machine, a stove & a fridge so far. Their customer service is excellent, they are prompt, polite & most of all, honest. They diagnosed my issue with a washing machine where the front door would not open, & it was fixed quickly by a great technician, Chris.
My stove had an issue due to a power surge, right before selling. Kevin diagnosed the problem, let me know the part was discontinued & told me a new part of they could locate one would be more costly than a new stove. Great info as I just needed a working stove for the sale of my house at the time. Saved me time, effort & money.
Kevin installed a water line on my new fridge & took all safety precautions during Covid. The work was done with ease, promptness & excellent service. I will always use this local business & will 100% refer my clients, family, friends, neighbours & colleagues to this company. They treat their customers like family & friends.
