Omega contractors representative came over and explained in a very straight forward way all the pros and cons of the options available in their catalog. After I place the order a technicians team performed a quick and highly professional installation right on the day it was promised(no delay's). All windows are covered by manufacture warranty and that adds to sense of confidence that you getting a high quality product. It has been two years since the installation and the windows are in the perfect shape. I was highly satisfied by the product and service that I received that after a while I ordered a new entrance door from omega contractors and again success and satisfaction were achieved. Omega Windows replaced windows in our house. Services were the best - no pressure, they suggested different designs and products. We made choice ourselves. Very happy with results. What I really liked about them - never said anything diminishing about competitors. Price was right - not too cheap but not a rip off. Everything was on time and by schedule - in and out in 1 day, no problems, no mess. Very pleasant an professional. We even hired them to replace windows at the children's house as well. Omega was able to complete the project in time and was the most economical contractor. They also help me select the right type of window considering cleaning and use.the work was done in time and very well. they have cleaned up all area and also fix some of the coaking of other areas of home. The windows look beutiful and they also match the color with old panels. I actually got the phone number for Mr Yuri from my friend and I am very happy as they did fantastic work.

The quote was very competitive and Yuri and his team completed the installation in 2 days.
We needed the windows done fast as we were under a tight timeline. Yuri was able to give us a realistic timeline and he managed to get the custom coloured windows in a few days before the expected delivery date.
It is important that the finished product looks good. They didn't disappoint! Aluminum casing looked fantastic and caulking done professionally.
