Reliance Home Comfort

New hot water tank installed by reliance. Since day 1 we have had no hot water. They now want 240 to fix an issue that happened as it was installed. Shame reliance. Shame

Furnace and A/c in 8 hours. Financing monthly with service twice yearly.
Great workers. They left leaving us a full understanding of the thermostat, location of filter, operation of A/C and are coming back in a few days for any more questions and a full systems check. Efficient group

Service was great but all my personal information on the receipt? Really??? Name, address, ALL cc info. Not acceptable in today's risky climate! Certainly hope Reliance's copies never go missing!!!

Central AC installation, top brand AC, high end thermostat, plus top warrant (10 years for both parts and labor) and very competitive price. The sales/advisor was honest, the workers/installers were professional , experienced, efficient, got the job done nice and neat, also provided clear instruction on usage and maintanace, very patient and helpful.

The guys came in and did a professional job. Contacted Jeff and he replied promptly and was able to secure a furnace for my home. From the time I contacted the company they got things done within the week. Jeff even called me to explain what was done and if I needed help with anything to just call him. From the salesperson through to the installation team all staff were professional , safe , knowledgeable and courteous. We received our appointment date promptly and on the day of installation we were called prior to arrival and they were on time. The salesperson also stopped by during installation to ensure all was going smoothly. We were advised of what was happening throughout the day , and were shown how to use the various functions before the team departed. All in all a painless experience... and a really nice furnace. The new thermostat is very modern looking and easy to use.
