Patrick and his team did an excellent job with replacing the existing carpeted staircase and installation of hardwood in 2 rooms. They were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable in their work. They removed each step and riser and rebuilt the stairs from the ground up with oak. They matched the stair stain to the recently installed hardwood flooring. The installation of the hardwood was done quickly and with the same attention to detail as they had for the stairs. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Patrick came and gave us a thorough estimate which included stain samples. He was mindful and very respectful of my mother, who is the homeowner and paid for the service. I mention this because even though I tell contractors that I am just the one negotiating, they often neglect or ignore her wishes when dealing with her directly. Patrick came to give us an estimate on refinishing some sections of our home. He was very kind and honest. He suggested that it is not worth it to refinish, as the problem would return in just a few years. He suggested it is better to wait a few years and perhaps replace the floors. Patrick and his team did a phenomenal job refinishing our natural maple hardwood floor, stairs and landings. They arrived on time each day and left the premises clean when they left. I was so afraid that the dust would mean days of clean up afterwards but surprisingly the dust was minimal. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.
