I had a green slate kitchen floor that was over 25 years old. The grout was dirty and the tiles a mess. Ramiro removed all of the grout, scrubbed the tiles, replaced the grout and sealed the tile. It looks as new as can be! I am so excited to have a floor that I don't have to get on my knees to clean anymore! He was very patient helping me pick a grout colour and his attention to detail was outstanding. Will call him again to reseal my floor in a few years.

We just had our 15 year old Kitchen, Master En-suite and entry foyer floors cleaned and re-sealed by Tigro Restoration. Ramiro showed up on time, provided a quote and commenced the work the same day. It is labour intensive, hard work and he did a great job. The floors look like new! He was accurate in his quote and finished the job the same day - staying until the early evening to ge the work done. A hard working husband and wife team who do what they promise and take pride in their work. Will definitely recommend them!

Wow! Ramiro worked on 4 bathrooms over the span of 3 days; our master needing the most work. He saved us from having to do a full bathroom renovation and patiently regrouted the entire shower and bathroom floor. Tiles that were mouldy and heaved look brand new again. Can't say enough about his attention to detail, and persistence with getting out stubborn stains.
