Ramiro did a wonderful job restoring tiles in our two bathrooms, removing mould and regrouting. His services are pretty expensive but the tiles are like new and we hope no mould reappears for at least 5 to 10 years. Would definitely recommend Ramiro to friends.

I would give Romaro a 20 but the star rating only goes up to 10. So, he scores a perfect 10. Courteous, on time, professional, friendly and what a fabulous job. He had to spend triple the allotted time----12 hours instead of 4 because of the intricate tile work and Romaro did it with a smile refusing to take any additional money. The 20 year old kitchen tiles look brand new and even though Romaro just left I couldn't wait to write this which is something a rarely do.I am a lawyer specializing in commercial law and would not hesitate for a second to recommend Tigro to my clients.

We hired Ramiro to restore 3 of our bathrooms. Bathroom 1 needed the full tub/shower enclosure restored to its original state. Bathroom 2 needed the shower enclosure with glass door, wall tiling and Grohe fixtures cleaned and repaired. Bathroom 3 needed to have the stone floor cleaned and sealed. Ramiro exceeded our expectations on all three bathrooms and the workmanship was outstanding. We would highly recommend Ramiro for similar work and you can be confident that you will get great value for the price of his services. It was also great to see him arrive exactly at the scheduled time and he was very careful to protect all floors from the entrance to the bathrooms.

I researched tile grout cleaning using HomeStars and am glad to have found Ramiro of Tigro Tile & Grout. He gave me his pricing up front and was true to that. He was in our home for 6 hours and turned our 15 year-old tiles into like new condition. He was very polite and friendly and gave me great cleaning tips. Although it seemed expensive for a cleaning job, the time and money saved not doing brand new flooring is gigantic. Very pleased and would recommend him.

Needed to replace the grout in my shower stall and washroom floor. This is very time consuming and tedious work. The restoration came out as good as new tiles. Could not have been better.
The job was so well done that I had Ramiro do the second washroom. Perfection repeated. This is much better than replacing the tiles since they now look new without the mess and cost of replacement.

Ramiro has great attention to detail for a guy. We had the bathroom done some nine years ago complete - from top to bottom. It really needed some repairs. We were thinking of "bath-fitting" it but it was such a pity to cover such lovely tiles. We're so glad we found Ramiro because he restored the bathroom like it was 9 years ago. He even fixed leaks and slow drains for no extra cost. Saved us from calling the plumber. Thanks Ramiro and friend!

Ramiro did our shower and did such a great job we had him do the double stone bathroom vanity as well. He acid washed it, polished and sealed so it looks new. Ramiro talked me through what to look for when buying or renovating a bathroom- such as no to stone tiles but yes to porcelain. I learned a great deal and he took the time to answer my questions. He is a craftsman who is really proud of his work. Ramiro said the best part of his job is the look on the customer's face when he "reveals" the finished work.

Ramiro was great. Our stone shower was from a new build and about 10 years old of which we've been here 6 years. It was looking bad and we thought we might have to redo the entire shower. He took his time explained what he was going to do and was here almost 8 hours. Ramiro also explained how to keep the shower looking restored, which products to use and is someone we will use from now on for sure.
