Ramiro is a true professional. He knew what to do, communicated what and how it should be done and confirmed with me. the mildewed grout and silicone, sticky shower door, stained and dull marble were all fixed to perfection and 20 years of use disappeared as the bathroom looks new again. Ramiro's price was transparent, reasonable with no surprise add-ons. highly recommend Ramiro for tile restoration.

Ramiro did a fabulous job. He took our well used 40 year old shower stall and made it look like new. In the shower stall he cleaned and replaced the floor grout, replaced broken tiles and removed and replaced the old caulking. He also cleaned the grout and tiles on the bathroom floor.....the whole room sparkles!!!
I would definitely recommend him and would definitely use him again.

We just had our Kitchen, Master En-suite and Semi En-suite floor grout and Master Suite Shower grout done by Tigro. Ramiro is a very hard working, skilled man who takes pride in the finished result. He showed up at 9:30, looked over the job and said he could complete it in one day, it seemed like a tall order. By 7:30 he was done and then took some time to speak with us about his life and family, rather than just rushing out the door. Our 16 year old floors and shower look like new, all the grout cleaning was done by hand, its not easy work.

Ramiro is a one man operation so be prepared when you contact him to supply pictures of your proposed work, it helps move the process along. It took us a couple of weeks to nail down a date, but the wait was worth it. There are not many companies doing this work and I doubt very few do it with the passion and dedication of Ramiro. Ramiro's work is excellent! Our favorite shower in the house had started to get black mold. In spite of using harsh cleaners, the mold would come back after a few days. The tiles looked to be in bad shape after a while, and we actually thought they would need replacing. It was frustrating as the rest of the washroom was spotless, but no amount of cleaning seemed to make a difference to the shower tiles.

Thankfully, Ramiro came to our rescue! Our shower looks brand new now. The work worked intensely and got the job done in one day. Ramiro truly cares about his work and ensuring his customers are happy. He is also very honest; he told us the shower walls were fine and did not require re-grouting. What an amazing difference! Ramiro replaced our old grout with epoxy grout and it looks FANTASTIC!! He is extremely skilled, professional, and an all round great person. Ramiro is a great find! He did a wonderful job repairing our shower after many had come to try before him! We have had ongoing issues with mold build up, grout issues and silicone darkening. Ramiro placed an epoxy instead and protected the glass as well. We look forward to many years ahead of a clean, safe shower.

Ramiro did an amazing job cleaning our shower walls and floor. He was able to fix broken grout and use epoxy to seal gaps in shower floor corners as a sealant. His expertise and knowledge especially with epoxy is very useful. Thank you!
