Professional people from client support (iris) to the team that trimmed our tree (Shawn and Andrew) as well as arborist (glen)
They explained to us the process on the phone, budget, sent our arborist the next day who worked in pouring rain. The team arrived early at 7:45 to prep and finished everything and cleaned up on time. Lots of courtesy to our neighbours and several neighbours also came to ask for referral.
Very happy overall and will use treedoctor again!
