Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

Fridge was acting flakey for about a month. Would go back and forth between failing and OK. Tried doing all the YouTube self-repair tips for fridge repair (including reset). Regardless of what I did, the problem would return after a few hours/days.
Called Newtech (used them before). Amin was here in about 1/2 hour. Took him a few minutes to diagnose, and a few more to repair (faulty controller board).
Very impressed (again) with responsiveness.
$350 is a whole lot less than a new refrigerator.

Surprised Amin answered his phone so late. Even more surprised when he showed up early with the part to fix our washer the following day. Friendly and well priced. Life saver.

I contacted Newtech on a holiday weekend and spoke to Amir who said he would come on Monday. He showed up promptly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts to repair my washer. Very happy with his service and response. I would recommend Newtech to everyone. Thank you Amir !

Washing machine stopped spinning . . . company came out the next day to diagnose the problem. They left to get the appropriate part and installed it an hour later - works perfectly again!

always prompt and quick service. never had to wait long for a technician to show up. i just have to remember to empty my pockets of change and other small items.

We were pretty sure that we would have to replace our refrigerator, which was only 8 years old; but the part we needed was discontinued. The cooling fan motor was shot. Amin went above and beyond - genuinely concerned and hoping to avert sending our fridge to the landfill. He was able to find an identical motor from a different manufacturer and replaced it, which resulted in an almost silent fridge. Very pleasant manner and arrives on time and good rates. I highly recommend Amin and Newtech & would hire him if any of our appliances ever need servicing again.

My washer would no longer spin or drain. I called Amin who was at my door within 15 minutes. He had the correct part with him and the repair was done within 1/2 hours. Very pleased with this service!

Very quick and efficient Service. I had a problem with my Gas Oven not heating up, Paul took care of it in a timely and cost-effective manner. He was a true gentleman through out. Highly Recommended.
