I hired Eikeland Landscaping for snow removal services at the beginning of the winter. This was my first and last time using this company. The company came about 1 in 5 snowfalls to clear my driveway and as a result there were many times that either I myself or friends ended up getting stuck in the driveway. Even the times that they actually bothered to show up they did a poor job. No point calling or emailing the company as they won’t respond! Save your money, don’t hire this company!

Snow plowing

I have had Eikeland Landscaping do my snow plowing for the past couple years, and have never had a problem with them. They are always here to plow my driveway I never have to call them! Great company very friendly!

Worst service ever. Out of a dozen snowfalls this season above 4", Eikeland only showed up twice. They ignored at least 10 calls and emails. Eikeland is the worst snow removal service. Do not use Eikeland at any cost!

I was surprised and upset to read this review. I take customer satisfaction very seriously. John, I am sorry that you feel this way, i would like to apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have. All of our trucks are set up with bluetooth handsfree, and our phones are are 24/7 if you would have phoned your phone call would have been addressed at anytime of day. Emails on the other hand while we are out driving are very unsafe to be responding to, that being said your email would have been responded to the following day if we had received one. We do service over 400 clients during the winter and summer, with no complaints.

John can you double check on HomeStars just to ensure that you have the right phone number I would like to hear from you so we can speak about this problem.
