2011- Once more I asked New Trend Home improvement company to assist me with more work in Bathroom remodelling and basement renovation because they are reasonable and accept responsibility. I like the flexibility this team provide no matter during weekdays, weekend, late afternoon or evening. The final work is clean and satisfactory. Their pricing is perfect. They suggested to purchase all materials myself as it would be more cost effective. They only charged me for labour work. No other company would do that because they want to make a profit out of the materials as well. Whatever was written on the contract was done and no surprises at the end of the project delivery. The timing forecast and budget range met the contract content. Their proper calculation enabled me to stay focus on budget and being able to buy better quality materials so at last I am having a much nicer finishing. Excellent work. I recommend New Trend Home any time.

Painted all the walls of the first floor, powder room and kitchen. Cleaned up spots and damages to the walls.

Installed backsplash tiles for the kitchen.

Afshin was very efficient and finished all the tasks within 4-5 days. He is very experienced and helpful and provides a lot of tips on other home related issues.
