Penta Plumbing

Our bathroom sink pipe was corroded and burst and the tap was leaking. We needed a good plumber quickly. Telephoned Andrew Della Penta first thing in the morning and he had space that very morning. He and his assistant showed up on time as promised, and went to work on what was a difficult job with old pipes. To say I was extremely pleased and impressed with them is an understatement. It was a big job, more likely than they had counted on yet, they were efficient, and very helpful. When they showed me what they had done, the bathroom was as clean as it was when they started the work, and...our cleaning lady had been there just before they arrived. And all the reviews about the pricing are right, the bill was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who needs work done.

When a water leak started dripping steadily in my basement, I called Penta Plumbing for a repair. On a holiday and after normal working hours, Andrew responded promptly, identified the location and cause of the leak, and efficiently fixed it. On top of that, the bill for the work done was more than reasonable.

Based on other reviews for Penta Plumbing, I gave them a call to have 2 outdoor water faucets installed. Andrew was pleasant to deal with on the phone and gave me a quote which I deemed fair.

Andrew arrived on time and offered some helpful suggestions about faucet placement. He also suggested going with one faucet for now and if I felt I needed another, he could come back and install the other one. This helped me save some money, which was appreciated.

The work was done professionally and the work area cleaned up afterwards. Overall good experience and I would hire again for future work.

We were looking for a plumber to do the plumbing rough-in in our basement. We've called several companies for a quotation, among which Penta Plumbing. Andrew came to our house and did an estimate of the job. He distinguished himself by professionalism and a sense of fairness. It was an easy choice for us, we felt that the price was right and Andrew and Chris came on site to do the work. They were very punctual and they did a great job. We will definitely recommend him and we will keep him in our contacts for future plumbing jobs. Thank you, Andrew!

Andrew was very helpful from the moment I asked him to take a look at my basement bathroom project. He helped me understand what needed to be done on my budget. I build the framing for bathroom and he installed the drains and water pipes. He was always respectful of my house by cleaning after himself and his work was neat and tidy. Andrew was recommended by a friend. He stopped by on a Saturday to help me plan my basement bathroom installation. He went through everything from design, pipe sizes and venting, cleanouts, fittings, supply lines etc. Fantastic guy - knowledgeable, professional, efficient and thorough, and super friendly and personable. I hope he's available next time I need a plumber!
