Hands On Tile And Stone

Francois was recommended to us by another trade working on our kitchen reno. He came in at the last minute of the project and was able to fit us in, quote, supply and install in a timely manner. He successfully cut moldings/light valances for the tile that was missed during the cabinet install. He even included the main floor bathroom vanity backsplash that we forgot to get quoted. Yes we would use him again or recommend him to others.

Hands On Tile did a great job. The workmanship was great. What impressed me the most was we did encounter a problem and Hands On corrected it. They were very professional and cleaned up everyday during the renovation. Once they started the work was completed quickly.

We were very happy with the job Hands On Tile and Stone did installing our fireplace tile. They were reliable, punctual and cleaned up the area when they were done. I will definitely have Francois back to do any future tile jobs.

Francois was very easy to work with, came in on budget, was prompt, efficient, and very meticulous (He even did some extra work above and beyond his quoted price). We hired Francois to re-tile our kitchen and two bathrooms when renovating our home. Francois gave us a great estimate and promised to have the work done on schedule. Unfortunately Francois came in grossly over budget, did subpar work and didn't even finish the project. We had to hire another tiling company to clean up his mess. None of the tiles were even. Many cracked within the first week and some of the backsplash tiles even fell off the wall on their own. Francois proceeded to vanish without a word. Would love to try and get our money back! Avoid at all costs!

Francois helped fix the problem, source all the material (at great prices) and install a new tub, vanity, toilet and tile floor. Also matched the tile on the walls perfectly to finalize the repairs. The end result is fantastic! Highly recommend this very trustworthy and competent contractor.
