The important thing about AM is that they have a back office. This makes a huge difference when you need to make changes to scheduling and servicing.

The system was installed by Kam and his assistant who were also very professional and tireless in their work. I've used AMP Group for 2+ years now ... they are honest, polite and prompt. When our 14-year-old AC needed to be replaced (it sounded like the muffler had dropped from a car and you could hear the ticking across the street), they came out to take a look, gave me the pros/cons of fixing in comparison with a new unit, along with the cost of both options. We decided to purchase a new one and AM Group was able to install another AC THE VERY NEXT DAY! So grateful.
