We had the EL16XC1 Lennox Elite unit installed with complex installation requirements. Dan Snr. and Cory took the time to answer questions in detail and were committed to getting a result we were happy with. They were willing to work with our tight-space in our furnace room, making possible an installation that some other companies didn't want to attempt. They were willing and innovative working with the difficult access path through the basement and bulkheads and were at all times seeking the best result for us both in function and aesthetic. Extremely knowledgeable and going the extra mile to guarantee longevity of the unit, in lots of little details in their installation, plus they guaranteed their work and registered the unit for us to get the maximum warranty on the unit. They even did some other extra ducting work for our furnace at no additional cost. We are so pleased we found them and will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future and would very highly recommend them!

Last summer our air conditioner quit on the hottest day of the summer and I had Dan come and assessed it. He got it going but could not fix it to his satisfaction and so he did not charge me.
This summer needed to have both furnace (heat exchanger shot) and air conditioner replaced. Dan got the job as his quote was very competitive, suggested a top quality equipment. Dan did the job in a quick and very capable way. I recommend him highly if you need HVAC work

Excellent service! Furnace went out last week on -25 day. Dan was here in two hours and had the furnace going in 1 plus hours. Fair and honest pricing! Second time we have used them with the first being in 2007. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency in the middle of winter when our furnace motor gave out. It was cold and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed quickly, or if we did, we would be ripped off.
Not with Dr. Heat! When we called, Dan answered and asked a few questions about what was wrong and what kind of furnace it was. Dan himself showed up within 2 hours with a replacement furnace motor, did the repair quickly and inexpensively. Best of all he was friendly, qualified, professional and DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL us! Honest, quality work.
Later, when we needed our ducts cleaned, we called again. They said that they don't do that, but recommended a company that did a great job.
Highly recommended! We will definitely use Dr. Heat again whenever we need HVAC work.
