An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our overall experience with Smart Garage Door was excellent – smooth transactions, friendly service – Azy was of great assistance, stress free, questions answered, on time delivery, no hassle, and most importantly - no sales pressure tactics from Peter. The team came out, took all the measurements, quoted us, custom built it, and installed it - entirely stress free for us!
The door itself is for a new garage, and it stores neatly on the spindle, and runs smoothly and quietly – people noticed right away how quiet it is and the fact that it does not need a door track.
Weeks later, we wanted the fob to be connected to the house alarm, so although Peter did not have an answer for me, he directed me to Ark who came by in a timely manner to make the necessary adjustment at no extra cost to us, to allow for the hook up by the alarm company.
I find that what separates a company from good customer service to excellent customer service, is the after-purchase customer service. We will definitely be telling all our friends and neighbours about this!
