Very efficient. Price was very competitive. The work was completed to our satisfaction on time, I have confidence that they will follow-up if there are any problems. I will use them to provide the annual service.

Being new to BC, we didn't have any referrals or resources when it came to choosing companies to do work on our 40+yr home. I stumbled upon the Homestars site and pored over the honest and seemingly trustworthy reviews of countless other home owners. I decided to contact Westmount Heating for a consult and Laurenzo agreed to come take a look on the next business day. He was very personable and was able to quickly explain which models would best suit our home and budget. We decided on the spot to go with Westmount. The day of the install went very smoothly and although I'm sure this will make the men chuckle, our new tank and furnace set-up is so much prettier now :)
While I'm sure it helps that the new furnace is sleek and steel as opposed to our hideous 30yr old forest green hulk, Laurenzo took the time to make sure everything was up to code by replacing undersized ducts and moving them the proper distance from the wall, etc. They finished up much faster than I had anticipated and left the area very clean. We felt comfortable enough to ask other random house related questions, and on the way out Laurenzo even went and grabbed his wrench back out of the van to tighten our leaky hose faucet.
We wouldn't hesitate to call him again for hvac related matters and would certainly refer him to friends in Vancouver, if we had any...

After a recent move, we needed to upgrade our electric furnace, and add a heat pump for some cooling. We had called on Laurenzo at our last house in 2012 for a new gas furnace, heat pump, HRV and tankless hot water, and were very happy with the service and price. Naturally, we called on him again this time, and he was very accommodating. He and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and had the system working within a few hours, including some custom ductwork. As with our HVAC system at our last house, he also set us up with the iComfort thermostat to control the settings remotely, which is a very handy feature. We highly recommend Laurenzo and his team for honest, reliable work and great value.

Took advantage of the Fortis rebates and had Laurenzo come back to put in a new HE furnace to replace our 30 year old one that was on its last legs.Received alot of guidance ahead of time on what to ask for in the installation. Laurenzo took the time to walk through it all with me and let me know what was necessary and what was superfluous. They were in and out in a day. Once again very happy with the service I received from Westmount.

Our furnace broke down in the middle of cold January and we were in desperate need of heat. After researching on the internet and obtaining quotes from several vendors, we decided on Westmount. Laurenzo is a straight shooter who gave us some really good advice as to what we needed. He was professional and installed our new furnace efficiently and quickly. We were very happy with his work and would not hesitate to refer him to our friends (actually, we already have). Thank you Laurenzo!

Boiler in my 40+ year old house does not very well last winter. So I try to replace it. Consulted another company, they just try to sell the high end boiler made in Germany. Westmount provides options in different ranges and let me choose the one I want. Price is reasonable. He rescheduled the date because of parts not available but everything else worked smoothly. He tested the pipe and found one switch does not work and suggested to replace it. He also cleaned up the other pool boiler for free. I'll recommend this company to my friends.

Laurenzo and his team from Westmount were awesome. I got 8 quotes over several months and although Laurenzo's wasn't the cheapest it was very fair. After several emails and phone calls with Laurenzo, and many many hours doing research on the internet we decided on the equipment. Laurenzo's experience was a huge asset in the decision process. I'm very pleased with the equipment. On site his whole crew was very polite and very hard working. They completed the work in the scheduled time frame. When the inspector came to check the gas work, he was very impressed with the work, commenting several times on how well done it was. I've recommend him to several family members and friends. I highly recommend Westmount.

Our furnace broke down mid December last year and was without heat for 3wks. After an attempt to fix it (with another company) it broke again weeks later.

It was now February - we were freezing in our house. It was time to replace our furnace. After doing some research we met with two different companies, one of which was with Laurenzo @ Westmount Heating. Right off the bat after just a few minutes with him, we were really impressed with his friendly attitude. He told us what needed to be done and did not try to sell us things we did not need. Quotes were given for three different Lennox furnaces. He did not try to up-sell us to get the most expensive one, but told us the mid range or higher model will work most efficiently with our home. He gave us no pressure in deciding right away. Told us to feel free to shop around, and if we decided to go with him to call back to schedule an appointment.

We did meet with the other company, but they were definitely way over-priced for the exact same model we decided on. They were also not too personable. They walked around, took some notes and told us they'd get back to us in a few days with the prices...

At the end we called Laurenzo, within a week we had our new furnace installed, included was a brand new digital thermostat. So happy our home was warm again. We highly recommend Westmount Heating!

My husband and I recently purchased a place and it was clearly evident that the furnace had not been serviced in a long time. I used this website to locate a contractor as we are new to the area and based on impressive reviews I contacted Westmount. My call was promptly returned by Laurenzo and an appointment was set. Laurenzo and his assistant were punctual, efficient and very friendly throughout the entire time they were here. They took the time to show and explain to me what they had done to the furnace, all the while answering my numerous questions. After being skeptical about the outstanding ratings on this website I can now say I will definitely be recommending Westmount to family and friends.

I planed to have my old furnace and hwt replaced in April. I asked 5 companies for a estimate. Laurenzo was the first one. He came to investigate the old devices and also all related piping. He was the only person who entered to the crawl space to make sure all piping is good for new installation, which deeply impressed me. After comparing all quotes and doing some research, I chose Laurenzo for this project since his recommended devices meet my requirement very well and his quote are quite reasonable. Yes, I am right, this project was done on April 29, professionally and neatly. I am very satisfied with their job.
