I was very happy with the services of Westmount heating. I needed a special furnace which needed to be ordered and it was done promptly. I also had several questions. Kim communicated well, was patient, and answered all of my questions. Mirch was knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking. The team showed up on time and got the job done the same day. I highly recommend Westmount heating and will definitely use their services in the future.

Wonderful service from Kim in the office to Mirch that came to our home, figured out the problem, ordered part ( I think called the inducer motor?) and repair completed. We have been dealing with Westmount Heating, Kim and Mirch for lots of years for heating and air conditioning systems. The recent installation was for a Heat Pump with cooling system and the workmanship is great as always and Mirch made sure that the unit is tested and operational and upon completion provided us with all documentations and Kim sent us the warranty papers as well. Merch and Kim, along with their team, remained focused on the VERY particular requirements we set for an AC unit. Our primary need was the unit had to be quieter than quiet so it would not impact our neighbours (we really like our neighbours!). When the global supply chain disruptions delayed delivery of the unit we chose, Merch remained vigilant and would not let us compromise on the noise factor, even with an equally priced product from another brand with the same technology that he had in stock.

This is our second major purchase from Westmount – the first being a new furnace 5+ years ago. Their quotes have always been the lowest, included the most detail in the products and services being quoted, and there were never any hidden costs that came after the job was finished.

Westmount Heating is an awesome local family business that I trust and highly recommend.

Professionally run family business. We purchased a Bosch Combi-Boiler and a hole for venting was needed. Great installation work, and removal of old units were done without any issues. Very clear instructions and necessary documents for the rebate application were provided a week later. Very good experience overall.

We highly recommend Westmount Heating! I took the time to get five estimates from a range of companies. I chose Westmount Heating because of the good reviews here on Home Stars and also because of their can-do approach, knowledge about furnaces/water heaters, and years of experience. Mirch, his trainee, and Kim at the office, all wonderful to work with. I had a lot of questions and a couple of extra asks...Westmount is service-oriented with great know-how, so this wasn't a problem. Some back and forth with city gas inspection...I think initial inspection via photo (due to Covid measures) made for a more drawn out process, but Westmount was very responsive and we now have our city gas inspection certificate. We have a 1950s house and badly needed a furnace/water heater replacement. Now we feel safe and warm! A big thank you to all at Westmount Heating!

I have been dealing with Westmount Heating over the past 10 years. Highly recommend them for all your heating, a/c and hot water needs. In this case we had them replace our hot water tank with a Bosch tankless system. I was provided a detailed quote and installation date. The job was completed as promised and quoted. Very happy with the work/installation and the Bosch tankless water heater. The rebate of $1000 from Fortis BC was also appreciated. Thank you Westmount Heating.
