I Called Caldwell plumbing out to our home to repair our old toilet. The plumber Mike was very knowledgable and explainded the benifits and cost difference to upgade to a newer style low flush toilet. We had them supply us with a new American Standard toilet. They even took the box, garbage and old toilet away. I was very happy with the price and the service. I will be using them to replace the other toilets in our home.

We found Caldwell plumbing on the Homestars website. I spoke to Andrew on the phone and he came out himself same day. He quickly diagnosed are problem and replaced the cartridge in are shower tap. There was no charge for the part as he mentioned he gets them for free. I found him to be very honest and the service was great. I strongly recommend this company.

Caldwell Plumbing had been refered to us by friends that were happy with their service. We had Ryan come out and installed the Moen tap we had previously purchased. He had protective booties on and put his tools on a drop sheet to protect are new floors. We were very impressed by his professionalism. We will be using Caldwell again.

We were given Andrew's information after a badly flooded basement. They found out what the cause of the flood was and installed a backflow water valve and some other plumbing issues in the house. We found Andrew easy to deal with and he explained the steps to be taken for the work to be done. His employees are very friendly and like him answered any questions and walked us thru the process of the job scope. When they give you a time they are very punctual. The quality of workmanship was great and we will recommend Caldwell Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

We met Andrew thru difficult circumstances--a badly flooded basement. I have found him both honest and easy to deal with. The people that he employs are like himself. As part of a kitchen reno project, Caldwell Plumbing was subcontracted to install our sinks and faucets. I am very pleased with the neat, professional service I received. Ryan showed up on a Saturday after delays forced rescheduling (not Caldwell's fault). He is a very thorough plumber and not only double-checked but triple-checked to make sure there were no leaks. He even filled both sinks and turned on the dishwasher to simulate the greatest load the plumbing would handle. He was pleasant and did not rush and took care in making sure everything was neat and clean when he left. I would recommend this company.

I called Caldwell plumbing and the owner Andrew Answered. He gave same day appointment and a two hour window for the plumber to show up. Ryan called approx. 30min before he arrived and installed the faucet I purchased. He also recomended I install shut off valves which he did and had them on the truck. I was impressed to see him wear protective booties over his work boots while in my home. I was very happy with the service. Thank you

I moved into my brand new home on a friday. By the evening all the drains were blocked in my house and the builders plumber would not come back untill Monday to fix my problem. I called Andrew at Caldwell plumbing, he arrived within an hour and discovered that the builders plumber never removed the plugs in my black stack pipes. He was able to remove all three plugs and the drains cleared. He was very prompt and polite. I feel the pricing was very fair for a Friday night. Would strongly recommend Caldwell plumbing

Josh gave us a 30minute warning before he came to our house and assessed our toilet problem promptly, and purchased, installed and took away our old toilet in a matter 2 1/2 hours. He also helped give us ideas of what we can do for installing a bathroom in the basement. Will be calling them for a quote for a rough-in in the near future.
