I received an immediate appointment from a very pleasant and helpful receptionist/dispatcher. The plumber sent out was very personable and professional. Did the job very quickly and to satisfaction. I have used Caldwell before and highly recommend them. Their prices are also very competitive.

Had an unexpected hot water leak and from the person who answered the call was very polite, friendly and helpful. Joe was amazing with his communication, his skills fixing the problem quickly and amazing work to his friendly and respectful personality. Would highly recommend Caldwell Plumbing and their team!

Caldwell sent two plumbers to install a new hot water heater. One of them was a comedian who kept everyone in stitches while he efficiently and quickly tackled the job. This week I called for a quote to remove existing water treatment system and install a new one. With a few photos they are able to provide a quote. I was impressed again.

The plumber was polite, efficient and clean. He replaced our two toilets and the shut off valve, one upstairs, one in powder room in 2 hours. He was detailed oriented, e.g. he put two wax rings in one toilet as it had 2 before because the floor is higher. He also moved the toilets out into the backyard for us. One thing to note, make sure you buy the supply line and wax ring youselves to save money. I will use the company again.

I had Caldwell Plumbing in to fix a kitchen sink thats clogged. Its now turned into a bit bigger of a job as I now have a leak coming through my basement ceiling. I talked with Andrew the owner and were going to get this resolved soon.

We recently had a contractor renovate our second bathroom and he outsourced some of the work to Caldwell. The gentleman that came out was Chris. Chris was very knowledgeable and good at his job. He made a couple changes to the old drain system to make it better. He extended a connection into the bathroom should we ever need to fix it again. Chris also figured out a problem with odd fitting connections to the old PVC drain. He even added a nice new push down drain plug for my wifes sink and added a line of white caulking to finish off the entire look. And those two things he was not here for! He explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up and made it look like he was never here. In the future, I will only call Caldwell should I have any plumbing needs. Thank you Chris!

The toilet overflowed my basement , I was shocked then he sprayed poop all over my new couch. And then said I was upset , he left and exaggerated the situation . I asked to cover my new couch. He even left gloves. He was doing my kitchen drain . What do these people expect ! Your doing my kitchen drain now theres poop all over

They gave us great service and the plumber was very friendly. I would hire them again in an instant!
