I had a drain in my basement under the concrete floor back up. They came the same day I called. Vitaliy and his employees found where the blockage was and started demolish. First however they put tarps down from the front door and down the basement stairs. They put plastic up around the work area. They dug up the area were the drain pipe broke and clean up all the concrete and debris and replaced the drain. They came back and cemented the floor and once again cleaned up everything.
The price was reasonable and the work ethic was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

It is never a good thing when you are greeted with the smell of raw sewage in your rental suite. These guys are top rated for a reason. They were over in hours and diagnosed the problem as a collapsed/broken drain. This is normally where panic sets in... I operate a busy short-term rental. I needed to get this fixed in a very tight timeframe and be ready for a check-in in 48 hours. These guys got it done and my short-term rental guests were none the wiser.

We had already used Master Drain & Water Works on a previous tricky job for a basement toilet. (We appreciated the care to keep our bathroom tiles intact and conscientiousness of Walter's work.) So when it came time to replace on old style sump pump, we were happy to call on Vitaliy and his team again.

Not only did Walter and his helper come first thing next day, they completed the work same day. This is even though we additionally asked for a battery sump pump backup to be installed.

They took great care to minimize the impact of the work and perform a complete clean up once finished.

We called Vitaliy on short notice when 3 other Drain Companies did not respond. Vitaliy came to assess the French Drain we needed installed within 3 days, and said our installation date would be 2 weeks later. We were incredulous at the super fast response. 2 Drain Specialists were here to do the work within 2 weeks, and completed the Drain within 2 days. They explained in detail the procedure and what we could expect from the French Drain. They left the area completely cleaned up and the dirt cover was level; our yard was back to normal use again. An EXCELLENT job was done and we could not have asked for better or faster service. Thank you Vitaliy!
