We ended up replacing our rear flat room, fascia and downspout, in addition to installing a skylight at the same time. Oleg came to the house to review the job, take a look at the roof, and answer any questions. He explained what he would be doing and the decisions that he'd need from me. I followed up several times after the initial meeting with more questions, and he was very responsive via both text and phone calls to provide us with answers. When his team came on site to do the job, they were friendly and took care to protect our neighbours house in addition to our own from falling debris. Payment was easy as well.
