Trying to find a *good* roofer is a dauting taste. Well if you need a new roof - these are your guys. After the Toronot flood my roof began leaking into our bedrroms - I was terrified. I made a phone call and Oleg came out the next day He knew this was an urgent job and took care of me right away.I knew I need a total gut, he gave me and quote - and that is was I paid. I had two sections of flat roof on my old house downtown Toronto that were leaking along with eavestrough that needed repairs and soffit etc. One was into the furnace area down below and wasn't a major issue and the other however was leaking into my kitchen onto a hardwood floor. These were not during every rainfall but only during a very hard rainfall. I had contacted several companies to come and try to fix the leak the year before. I wasn't happy with the quotes which were around $1,500 or so with almost no guarantee. My house is very tall ~4 Stories and quite a few companies showed up an promptly told me they were not interested in a house like this. After the HUGE historic rainstorm this summer I had to get it fixed. Again I called several contractors. Several showed up and promptly told me they didn't want the job. One did the walk through and never sent a quote even though I followed up about 5 times. Then there was Oleg at Best Flat Roof. Simply put, Oleg came, made suggestions and told me what was reasonable and we discussed ideas on how to approach the issue and get the most out of my money. He gave me a quote right away that was detailed and we discussed it. I needed the work done quickly and he wasn't sure he'd have time to build the flat deck that needed to be removed but when I was without options he made time and did that for me as well and finally made the railing sturdy enough to pass inspection after 4 years:o) Honestly, his pricing was fair, his timing was when he said it would be. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and in the end there were just a few minor things that I needed changed/completed to finish the job. Oleg and I discussed and then they came back to set everything exactly as I wanted it right away. I was extremely happy with the process and very impressed in my dealings with Oleg. I really felt like he listened to what I wanted and did everything to make sure I was happy which made it very easy to do business together now and definitely in the future. A+ Customer Service.

We purchased a house under the assumption that the roof was new. Unfortunately, that was not the case. 2 weeks into the house, heavy rain and our ceiling leaked.
Luckily, our neighbors had their roof re-done that day and I asked one of the men in the team (Vitaliy) to come up and see what was going on. As it happened, the roof was in exceptionally bad condition. He recommended to change it as well as lift the skylight.
I contacted Oleg and both him and his team were a pleasure to work with. They gave me a quote and were able to come on a very short timeframe. In one day, not only they changed the roof, but also brought in / installed a new skylight, as well as some additional railings along the house. They've tested membranes and made the reasonable recommendations.
By the end, I've received a 10-year transferable warranty and was promised that in case of any problems, Oleg is easily reached. To add, we've already been through some heavy downpours, and there are no issues.

I recently spotted some lose shingles on my roof. The builder that did our roof originally did a pretty shoddy job. I'm not sure what it's called but the aluminum on side of the roof was always kind of warped. Anyway, the roof only lasted 8 years. It was very bad timing but what can you do. We called around and got a few quotes. He's was pretty good and seem professional and trustworthy. He was also quite knowelgeable and help us understand how roofing shingle warranties work, what a scheme! Anyway, the new roof they did looks great. Very happy.

We decided to go ahead with him, since he seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and also his quote was reasonable. His crew came out on the day it was schedule and did a very nice job. We were happy with their workmanship.
