Grout Masters

I would certainly recommend Grout masters .The work was done very well and they came the time that was scheduled . My floors looked new when they were completed. Very polite as well.

WOW - Carvel and his team exceeded my expectations! The tiles look awesome, the grout looks awesome, and I can even see my reflection in the shower! Everything looks way better than I expected! Thank you! If someone looks at your old tiles and says to you that they only do the cleaning without grout repairing and color sealing throw them out the door and call Carvel!

This is the second time we have used Grout Masters. When we moved in 15 years ago, they cleaned our tiled kitchen floor and recently cleaned and repaired our shower stall.

On both occasions, the service was well-preformed with minimal disruption. The service is excellent quality and the personnel are very professional and courteous. We have given them a recommendation to friends and received many positive feedback.

Needed an existing shower stall to be regrouted and cleaned as it had been neglected by previous owner! The job was done in a very timely and professional way.

Carvelle and his team were on time to do the project. abit earlier to They worked diligiently for 6 hours straights, to clean the tiles, grouts and shower stall floor.

Carvelle even came back to inspect the shower stall to make sure it dried properly and he even gave me a complimentary grout cleaner.

Excellent work, on time and great price. Even replaced broken floor tiles. These guys are professionals and take pride in their work and no mess left. Highly recommend them. Even left a jug of their quality tile cleaner. All looked brand spanking new. Kudos to the whole team.

Carvel and coworker removed existing caulking, fixed multiple areas of missing grout, and reapplied caulking for 2 tub/showers and 1 shower enclosure. I was very impressed with the company:
- Carvel insisted on coming to examine the tubs/showers in person rather than just give me a quote by email for the job I thought I needed. Because he looked at it, he was able to determine that a different (and less costly!) approach was required.
- They showed up exactly when they said they would be at my home.
- The work was completed efficiently and with no mess left behind
- The quality of the work appears to be top notch

Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was completed and would definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Our grout was dirty and uneven. They came in, removed all the old grout, cleaned the tiles and regrouted in a matter of hours. Very professional and great to deal with. 100% happy with the work.

The workmanship was excellent and the grout is still perfect. They were punctual and veey honest. Have been bery happy!
